I am having the exact same problem as both of you. I tried to log in as I already had the Citrix software downloaded but it seemed not to be working and connecting me to my desktop, it just kept showing the loading circle. Citrix provides sample scripts that can be downloaded from one of the Workspace app or Receiver download pages (Workspace app version 2103.1 (Current Release), or Workspace app version 1912 CU3 (aka ) (LTSR), Receiver version 4.9.9002 (LTSR) by expanding Downloads for Admins (Deployment Tools).
MAC USERS – if your operating system is older than Mac OS X 10.9 the citrix receiver will not work and you will need to update your operating system – STOP!
For MAC OX 10.13 and later
Go to this website: Citrix and click Downloads Slow download speeds on macbook pro.
Select Workspace app for Mac and then select Citrix Workspace app 2010 for Mac

Once the Workspace .dmg file is uploaded, click on it to install the app.

Do not enable single sign on

Do not enable app protection
To access powerchart you do not need to “add account” into workspace you only need to have the app on your computer.
